1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and isaclive ("Company", "We"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the isaclive platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services.

Your continued use of this platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and isaclive.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to register and use the isaclive platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 Years on the date of registration
• Not located in a region or country where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not previously banned by isaclive or any affiliated platform from using our services
• Registering with truthful, accurate, and current personal information
• Not currently enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion program

Isaclive reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. This includes, but is not limited to, copies of a national ID, passport, utility bills, or any other documents we consider necessary as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the isaclive platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances and bonuses.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential
• All activity occurring under your account, whether authorized or not
• Notify isaclive immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account

Isaclive accounts are for personal use only. Using an account for commercial purposes, as an agent, or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4 Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

Isaclive supports a wide range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, instant bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and selected cryptocurrencies. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the Deposit us
• All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed into the account
• Isaclive does not accept third-party deposits – funds must originate solely from an account held in the registered member's name
• Deposits suspected of being linked to unlawful activity will be frozen and referred to the relevant authorities

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the processing times specified for each payment method
• Isaclive reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing a first-time withdrawal or after an extended period of account inactivity
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the same name as the isaclive member account
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements is not eligible for withdrawal
• Isaclive reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for up to 30 business days for security review purposes if deemed necessary

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Isaclive offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members who have never previously registered
• Each member is eligible to receive each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated
• Isaclive reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse
• Bonus value cannot be transferred, directly converted to cash, or used to meet minimum deposit requirements

Members suspected of using arbitrage betting strategies, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in bonus abuse may have their accounts terminated and all associated wins forfeited.

6 Game Rules and Betting

All games offered on the isaclive platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during a game session, isaclive reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake
• Wins resulting from technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities are considered void and will not be paid out
• Any attempt to manipulate games, use automated software (bots), or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the member
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the game interface

For Sports Betting, the official result declared by the relevant sporting body is final. isaclive is not responsible for any delays or changes to results announced by the sports governing authority.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Identity fraud or providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Money laundering or using the platform for unlawful financial activities
• Using unauthorized software or techniques to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Colluding with other members to manipulate table game outcomes or betting results
• Abuse of the bonus system through arbitrage betting or other exploitative techniques
• Opening multiple accounts for yourself or on behalf of others
• Using the platform for purposes that are unlawful in your region or country
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward staff or other members

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Isaclive's total liability to you, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

Isaclive reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Member-initiated request to close their account
• Enrollment in a responsible gambling self-exclusion program

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, isaclive reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with that violation. For member-initiated account closures, valid deposit balances will be returned after all verification processes are completed.
